The quickest way to reach us is email: sukielovesupport@gmail.com. A person reads every message, usually within two working days.
What to write about
- A scan that looks wrong. Tell us which measurement looks off and describe the photo: lighting, angle, glasses, hair over the forehead. Please don’t send the photo itself. We never need it, and the scan runs on your device so it can be fixed without it.
- Corrections. If a fact, figure or source on a page is wrong or out of date, send the page address and what’s wrong. We check it against the source and update the page.
- Full Face Report orders. Include the email you paid with. If the report didn’t load, is missing something the report page promised, or you were charged twice, we fix it or refund you. See the refund policy.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion or any other right under the privacy policy. We hold no photos or face data, so requests usually concern emails or purchase records.
- Research and press. Questions about our method, measurements or the sources behind a page. The full method is on How it works.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give medical, surgical, orthodontic or mental-health advice, and we won’t rate photos sent by email. If concern about your appearance is affecting your day-to-day life, a doctor or counsellor is the right person to talk to. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site. How it works covers accuracy, the score formula and why results change between photos. The guides under face shapes and symmetry and proportions explain each measurement in depth.

FaceCheckup is for information and entertainment. It measures proportions in one photo; it is not a medical, psychological or cosmetic-surgery assessment, and it cannot tell you your worth.
